Give yourself a break when it comes to your home away from home. Our vacation property proposals include the same level of service as our primary residences, with added emphasis on physically checking the property.
We’ll work with you to determine just what each property requires, then set up a maintenance plan that includes regular inspections.
Our Process
Step 1
SURVEY
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Zoozah rep as your contact and advocate for everything property-related. They’ll be available all day, every day to manage the mundane and the extraordinary.
They’ll perform a full audit of required property expenses, then vet and select the best local providers for each job.
Step 2
STREAMLINE
Your rep will establish the master maintenance plan, then personally onboard each provider. They’ll create a system for billing and invoicing and keep track of expenses overall.
Your rep will continuously review and optimize the plan, offering suggestions and alterations as needed to save you money and give you peace of mind.
Step 3
LIAISE
When you are not physically at your property, it is important to have someone check in intermittently. We’re here for appointments, routine checks, and as needed to ensure the property is safe and well maintained. In addition, your rep will provide a monthly home status report to keep track of everything that goes on.

Primary
Residences
The Primary Residences plan is a great place to start if you’re looking to optimize property maintenance for your primary home and spend less time thinking about it. We’ll work with you to determine just what your residence requires.
We’ll set up your maintenance plan and handle everything from there, keeping you up-to-date on a monthly basis or just as needed.
Our Process
Step 1
AUDIT
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Zoozah rep as your contact and advocate for everything home-related. They’ll be available all day, every day to manage the mundane and the extraordinary.
They’ll perform a full audit of existing home expenses, identifying and eliminating overcharging, inconsistent invoicing, redundant services, worker performance-to-price ratio, and more.
Step 2
OPTIMIZE
Once approved, your rep will establish and implement your custom master property maintenance plan. They’ll create a master schedule, onboard all necessary vendors, and set up invoice and billing plans. Moving forward, they’ll monitor workers’ performances, managing all expenses and tracking labor hours.
Your rep will continuously review and optimize the plan, offering suggestions and alterations as needed to save you money and give you peace of mind.
Step 3
SUPPORT
Consider Zoozah your boots on the ground—here to manage scheduling and appointment coordination. Every month, your rep will provide an invoice review and home status report detailing operations, updates, and suggestions.
